Chibueze Femi Nwankwo is an entertainment and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in corporate compliance, intellectual property, and high‑value negotiations across Africa and international markets. He is Principal at CFLP, Head of Legal at Blendar Solutions, and Legal Counsel to Bless Your Ears Limited.
He has successfully negotiated advertising partnerships with Rexona (Unilever), tied to their sponsorship of the Africa Cup of Nations and the FIFA World Cup. He has also led major cross‑border transactions with Virgin Music Group South Africa, Africori, FilmOne Entertainment, and multiple Netflix projects. His work spans sync licensing with Les Productions Feeling Inc. in Montreal, Canada, collaborations with Viacom’s MTV Base South Africa, and legal advisory for high‑profile talents including Innocent “2Baba” Idibia until 2023, Savy Henry, and Emeka Nwagbarocha. In addition, he has guided voices, mentored emerging talents, and provided strategic direction that strengthens creative and corporate collaborations.
He is also Director of Bibage Technologies and Program Coordinator for the Sports Committee of My Intellectual Property Law Guide (MIPLG) an affiliate of WIPO. In 2024, life has been a mix of ups and downs. There were moments of great joy, like soaring through clear skies, and times of struggle, like navigating through storms.
Traveling and seeing new horizons brought excitement and a sense of adventure. Holding onto simple comforts, like a warm cup with an inspiring message, helping me through the tougher days.
In the darkest times, when hope seemed distant, I experienced remarkable miracles. God’s presence was a constant source of strength, turning doubts into faith and fears into peace.
From the highest peaks of happiness to the deepest valleys of challenges, His love and grace guided me. Each trial and test became a testament to His unwavering support.
Now, as the year comes to a close, I look back with a renewed sense of faith and gratitude. The highs and lows of 2024 have shaped a meaningful journey, filled with growth and divine moments.👏
