Used to play tennis for 2-4 hours every other day with my high school friends. I've always been active, even if mediocre at the sports. It really paid off, because even in my 30s I'm still moving! I don't think I can sit still! 😂

It's just part of playing sports. You embrace failure and fall in front of people. Then one day, you stopped caring about what others think, because you are determined to get that one trick down.
So forget, "I'm not confident enough. I'm shy" and just try and you'll notice your brain chemistry changing.

Explored Vũng Tàu in my Branwyn set made from merino wool. Snug enough to feel comfy in the wind and perfect for a quick dip in pool.
Vũng Tàu is a coastal town south of Vietnam. A quick drive or ferry ride from HCMC, so a lot of locals go there for a weekend getaway.
Lots of beaches you could explore but it was so windy I wasn't enticed to jump in. They built some new public places with lights and art projected in the ground, so that was cool to see.
And their signature dish? stingray hotpot
I personally wouldn't come back but if you've never been, go for a weekend!

Doing some exposure therapy by filming myself talking to the camera while skating outside. Not only am I multitasking by skating and talking. I'm also holding the camera to fill myself which seems a little dangerous so I made sure I found a place that was fairly smooth and honestly, it was kind of fun.
It was fun to explore a place I've never been to before even though I drive past this place often.
and yeah, a lot of people did walk by but honestly, none of them seem to care because they have their own lives to worry about, not mine.
So at the end of the day, you're just scared to do what you've always wanted to do because you're scared of being perceived and it's time to put the spotlight off of yourself and remember that those who matter will care and those who judge will pass.

#sponsored My wall has been completely bare for over 3 years. Like not even a single picture frame. Every time someone came over I would just say "oh I'm still figuring out what to do with it" and then never do anything about it.

Karaoke in the middle of the Mekong Delta, waking up early for coffee with the uncles, just sitting there listening and trying to keep up with the conversation.

I love this Swell print so much. JOLYN started out making swimsuits for competitive swimmers, so their priority is that the swimsuits stay put when you're out adventuring in the water or hiking to a waterfall.
