Cheviot’s annual Memorial Day tournament sold out almost instantly. We are so excited to welcome back so many great leagues and friends. This is such a fun tournament with great food, weather, and excellent baseball. Come out to the Cheviot Hills Fields and enjoy the special holiday.
What an awesome season it has been at Cheviot this spring! Today’s final day of games had walk-offs, great defense, excellent pitching, and special bonds made between all of the players. We can’t thank our volunteer coaches enough and we are so thankful for the enormous support from the Cheviot community: it made so much of the fun possible! Way to go Cheviot!! Come join us this Saturday for our closing ceremonies and a great day of playoff baseball! Pinto, Mustang, Bronco, and Pony leagues will be battling it out. Come celebrate another wonderful baseball season at Cheviot and give some extra cheers to our special Thoroughbred players: those special players that have competed at each division at our fields, from little Pintos on through Pony.
Thank you to our umpires and coaches for providing such an awesome environment for each Cheviot player to learn, develop, and have fun! You all make Cheviot such a great place to play the game!
If you didn’t catch any of the awesome games at Cheviot this morning you still have a shot to check out some Pony games this evening - come on out - rumor has it there are some snacks near field 4.
Spring break is upon us soon. We’ve had such a fun start to the season and we thank our community for all of their support and enthusiasm for our league. Dogs, cats, Red Sox, and Dodgers have all become friends on our fields so far this year. Enjoy the break with friends and family.
