A year ago Isabela decided she wanted to attend an independent school, so we started the long and tedious process of applying to 5 independent schools. On March 10th, the Admissions decisions were announced. And these are their decisions ……
Never in our wildest dreams did we think she would be offered admissions to 4 of the 5 schools not only with full aid but one with a multi year scholarship awarded to one sixth grader for Leadership and Diversity. The decision was hard, but as the deadline approached with hours to spare, we made our decision…….

I remember when Power let me go, I was so sad and depressed. I had really put my heart and soul into that station. I was wondering did they ruin my name because of the move they made? Cuz a lot of people in the game stopped dealing with me after that. I guess that’s the industry for you . And I didn’t think I could bounce back. It was a very scary time for me but I had to build myself back up. So I just want ppl to know that no matter what you go through in life just give it time and everything will be ok . I never talked about that situation and I’m pretty sure ppl wondered what happened. I’m just happy I’m in a space where I can talk about it now. I’m so grateful I have a new platform and I just want to thank all my supporters.
