This one is really special to me.
I’ve always wanted to get myself a custom drum and for my birthday, John and I came up with this beautiful 14x6 Macassar Ebony / Cast Bronze center core snare drum. The drum also has brass lugs and hoops. Absolutely gorgeous drum!
What makes this even more incredible is that this drum was completely hand made from start to finish, not just assembled. Every detail was carefully crafted, and you can truly feel and hear the amount of work, passion, and artistry that went into this instrument.
John at Cherry Hill Drums even went the extra mile and custom configured Pearl Rapid Lock clutches to match the snare drum, plus another clutch to match the overall vibe of my kit. The attention to detail is unreal.(I’ll post pictures later on)
