The Technology of Faith 2. Last slide was so good that I shared more about it in my stories last night. David learned to trust in the COMPETENCE of God and in his track record. God has delivered the lion and the bear into my hands, so who is this uncircumcised philistine?!
David a young lad (very small as compared to his big brothers and others who were soldiers), had learnt not to trust in his abilities or skills, but in the competence of the God who had sent him.
In that equation, God was CONSTANT, everything else was a VARIABLE. Goliath was a variable just like the lion and the bear that God had delivered into his hands before. The way this has changed my perspective about life’s challenges and situations!!!
