I love doing these little dumps, to remind myself of just how much I have to be thankful for. Life is so full of ups and downs and itās easy to get caught up in the uglies, but itās so important that we pause and acknowledge the sweet spots too. Thankful for my peopleš¤

And indeed He truly has!
The truth about the Christian walk is that life is not always sunshine and roses, rather tests, trials and tribulations seemingly around every corner, sometimes even to the extent that feels overpowering and all consuming BUT somehow there still manages to be an overriding sense of joy, because as the Bible promises; where there is Jesus, there is joy.
āYou will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.ā (Psalmsā¬ ā16ā¬:ā11ā¬ā¬)
2024 was the perfect embodiment of this. These monthly reels help me to remember all the beautiful moments of happiness, amidst the countless tears not pictured here, and keep the true perspective that life is both hardship and happiness in one. So grateful to have a Father, who loves me, who gives me joy in every season, and whose joy carries me through every season.
