I don’t make very many boards compared to most shapers but the ones I make I put my whole heart into.
This board was a journey from start to finish. There was a point about 2 months in where the joined hardwoods were significantly warping and it seemed like there was no way to recover. I even texted the customer to break the news that I was going to have to abandon the project. But with difficult problems comes the opportunity to find creative solutions. I tried one last repair and was able to recover the board and finish the board.
