These past few weeks have been truly transformative for me. Earlier this year, I joined the Ballantyne Ridge JROTC program, brhs_official_jrotc, and it’s already given me incredible experiences. Over the course of a week, I had the privilege of meeting and talking with local Veterans at a breakfast hosted by Calvary Church, @calvaryclt and the honor of marching in the Charlotte Veterans Day Parade.
These moments—and many others—have deeply impacted me, helping me better understand and appreciate the sacrifice and commitment of those who have served our country.
✨ I had such an amazing experience this past Sunday working with @twentytunde , top-level shot putter Joshua Awotunde! It’s not every day you get the chance to be coached by one of the best in the sport.
At just 14 years old, I had the opportunity not only to learn directly from him, but also to train alongside some of the finest throwers in the area, across all levels of competition. I’m excited to take everything I learned and apply it to this upcoming indoor season and beyond!

Still soaking it all in — had the amazing opportunity to compete in the 2025 AAU Junior Olympic Games in Houston, Texas for Discus! It was such an honor to represent, push myself, and go head-to-head with some of the top athletes from across the country. The energy, the competition, the atmosphere — absolutely unforgettable.
