Felt like it was time for a little intro 👋🏼 Hi, I’m Chelsea, a Professional (mobile) Bridal Makeup Artist based in the heart of the Canadian Rockies (Banff, Alberta). Originally from Montreal, I made the move to Banff in 2015 for a change of pace, and nearly a decade later, this beautiful mountain town is home. Fun fact: I went to college twice and dropped out both times before finally finding my path in Fashion & Beauty Makeup at @collegelasalle in 2014. Third time’s a charm, right? What first sparked my obsession with makeup? @louteasdale Her style, her creativity, it completely captivated me. She made makeup feel edgy, artistic, and cool, and that’s when I knew I wanted to pursue it myself. I’ve always been a hands-on creative. Growing up I loved painting and even tried to make my own clothes. But makeup was the thing that truly stuck. I finally made the leap to pursue bridal makeup full-time in 2022 and I’ve loved every minute of it. From meeting the most amazing clients to learning from incredibly talented artists, it’s been a dream career come to life. When I’m not glamming brides, you’ll find me working at a local snowboard/skate shop, snowboarding with my girl gang @rudegirlsshop in the winter or skating in the summer. I’m all about community, whether it’s through beauty, fitness, or board sports, I love being part of something that brings people together.
