Lost track of the number of years (10 maybe?), but my wreath class at @stgeorgebistro is a highlight of my year. Tons of outdoor romping in the chilly air to forage all the greens, the warm cozy glow of the room during the class, and best of all people who get to make something really special to mark the season.
Remember last year this time when I said the craziest idea I had was driving upstate with a CRV packed full of wreath materials to teach 40 people how to make wreaths? HA. I decided to one-up myself this year, two days of workshops, 70 people in total, different workshops each day with different sets of supplies. Had to add some gear to the outside, but somehow it all fit! The leaves on the roof are vines on top of bags of supplies. The tie down process was brutal.
