11 habits I started in my 30s I wish I knew at 24: 1. Hot lemon water first thing A simple way to wake up my digestion and hydrate before anything else. It sets the tone for the day instead of going straight into caffeine. 2. Protein before caffeine This alone changed my hormones. Eating first helps avoid spikes + crashes and keeps me feeling steady (and way less anxious). 3. Matcha over coffee I’ve swapped coffee for matcha for more stable, sustained energy. It’s rich in polyphenols and supports focus without the jitters or anxiety. 4. Colorful, protein-forward meals It’s clinically proven that eating the rainbow provides the optimal environment for your microbiome, plus it makes eating way more fun and adventurous. Prioritizing protein has made the biggest impact with my weight. 5. Daily colostrum + simplifying my supplements I stopped taking a million things and focused on what actually supports me daily. For me, that’s colostrum for gut, immunity, and overall support. I believe it has helped get my autoimmune disease into remission! 6. Skin care for my skin, not trends I used to try everything. Now I stick to what works for my skin type, and my skin has never looked better. I no longer struggle with breakouts or texture issues, my skin is calm and supported. 7. Monthly lymphatic drainage Helps with circulation, puffiness, and just feeling more “reset” in my body. It’s become part of my routine, not a luxury. 8. 12–15k steps daily Walking is so underrated. It’s the easiest way I’ve found to support metabolism, mood, and overall health without overthinking it. 9. Morning sunlight + grounding Getting outside first thing helps regulate my rhythm, energy, and even sleep. It’s one of the simplest habits with the biggest impact. 10. Facial ice baths A quick reset for my skin: helps with puffiness and gives that fresh, awake look in minutes. Sometimes the most simple things are the most effective! 11. Strength + low-impact training Focusing on building strength to support cognitive health and longevity is essential. I feel so much stronger and aligned with what my body needs vs. when I’d do high intensity training. Plus my body feels
