Couldn’t host a baby shower in Europe, so we brought Europe to us. Bread baskets, fresh greens, and INSANE amount of caviar, just as it should be 😏 Sometimes the setup makes the moment just as much as the food 🤌🏼

Growing up with immigrant parents working 60+ hours a week, I had the remote, cable TV, and way too much time on my hands. Other kids had Beyblades and Xbox… I had Chopped, Barefoot Contessa, and Guy Fieri taking me to Flavortown. While everyone else was outside trading Pokémon cards, I was in the kitchen making quesadillas, scrambling eggs, and pretending Gordon Ramsay was about to yell at me for burning the tortillas. Fast forward, and here I am still obsessed with food, but now I get to feed people for real. From late-night Food Network marathons to catering baby showers and weddings… who would’ve thought? Big appreciation shoutout to all my clients for letting me turn my weird little childhood hobby into an actual business. Little (but very big) younger me would’ve dropped the spatula in disbelief. 😂
