Hey everyone! I started a dinner series with 2 other fabulous chefs, @cheftiore & @keetacooks - Plated Possibilities! It's a 5 course dinner series that merge art & culinary, while partnering with creatives in the Charlotte Community.
Our 2nd dinner is appropriately themed Mom's Night Out on Sunday May 10, 2026 and we couldn't be more excited to host the moms (and dads) who take care of everything and everyone 365.
Plated Possibilities has a call to action. We are looking for a few volunteers to help us make this event a success. We could use extra hands in the Front of House roles. Hey ya’ll! Quick story and intro/reintro. So, I have a new meal prep client, a seasoned citizen and his wife. They are knocking on the door of their mid 80’s, but boy are they spunky and vibrant! They have inspired me in so many ways, in just a few weeks, and I couldn’t be more grateful; from seeing the love they show one another to witnessing early morning yoga sessions, to hearing stories about all of the life they’ve lived and continue to live, has been a blessing. Well, I was asked to be on a podcast with the man of the house and his daughter; a podcast that they have birthed as a child of the book they wrote together! Anywho, I say all that as a segue to say 1) a reminder that age will never hinder you from continuing to do the thing that brings you joy; 2) a hello and intro to all of my new followers; 3) a reintro to all of you who have already been following my journey and 4) a reminder that I’d love to connect with you if you need services, of course, or you just wanna cook, chat, or be foodie friends! 😊 Oh yeah, link to the podcast is ☝🏽.
The Grand Tasting Tent @CharlotteWineandFood was a dream 🌱🍽️👩🏾🍳 We had an incredible time serving up some crowd favorites: Salmon Ceviche and Vegan ‘Lump Crab’ Ceviche (crafted with hearts of palm).
