To celebrate the Fall season and a whirlwind of a year, we are excited to announce 3 pop-up dinners with some of our best chef friends. All dinners will be held at KitFox and will include
5.5 hours of KitFox site access (4:30PM - 10:00PM)
Seasonal, farm-to-table meal

Basin star gazing
Note: No lodging will be available for these event dates, i.e. all these events will be dinner only and no overnight stays.

Welcoming @chefsteveriley___ and the team from @mesa_provisions_abq to Red Barn Ranch was so much more than just a visit — it was a true moment of connection. 😊🤝🌾
We had the chance to walk the ranch together, share stories, take in the beauty of the Sangre de Cristo mountains 🌤️🏔️, and show them how we raise our cattle — with care, intention, and heart.
The team met our animals, explored the fields, and experienced a day in the life of a ranching family that truly loves what they do. Deborah prepared a homemade lunch using Sweet Grass beef 🥩 — every dish made from scratch, shared around a table that felt like home.
This visit meant a lot to us.✨
We got to meet the people behind Mesa Provisions, hear their passion, and realize we share something important: a commitment to good food, real community, and purpose in every plate.

Honored to take home the Win of 2024 @505foodfights Champion. If you are not familiar it’s an amazing Chef competition that raises money for local charities this year they raised over $78k this year. It was an amazing journey with a ton amazing local talent both in the Bartender competition and in the Chef Competition.
