Some of Charlotte’s most popular chefs and food creators pair up to go head to head, crafting dishes inspired by their take on a homemade meal.

Quick Tip!: I have tried so many times to peel the skin off of fish and this by far is the easiest way for me. Plus a little boiling water over it and the skin will curl up and slide right off. I suggest doing this over the sink if possible. That way the excess water won’t fall onto your countertop! I love an easy drink and this is one that’s a real crowd pleaser 😉 Make sure that you use a liquor with a high alcohol content to get the flames. Also it’s actually easier to flip the lime inside out. It will still float, but involves much less cleaning. If you don’t flip the lime inside out, make sure all the lime juice is completely out or it will be difficult to light 🔥 stay safe! 👩🏽🍳💋
