Think fresh herbs, crunchy mango, plump shrimp, and that perfect CHIN-SU sweet heat that keeps everyone going back for more! ✨ Sweet and Spicy Tiger Shrimp Mango Salad Ingredients: • 10 large Tiger shrimp • 1 cup CHIN-SU Fish Sauce • 2 tablespoons CHIN-SU Hot Sauce • 2 Thai green mangos, julienned • 1 cup fresh mint, chopped • 3 Thai sweet peppers, julienned • 1 red onion, julienned • 1 cup bean sprouts • 2 teaspoons CHIN-SU muối ớt xanh Method 1️⃣ Cook the tiger shrimp in boiling water for 5 minutes. 2️⃣ Remove shrimp and plunge into an ice water bath, then set aside. 3️⃣ In a large bowl, combine Thai sweet peppers, red onion, green mango, fresh mint, and bean sprouts. 4️⃣ Add CHIN-SU Fish Sauce and toss everything together until well coated. 5️⃣ Plate the mango salad, top with shrimp, then drizzle with CHIN-SU Hot Sauce and CHIN-SU muối ớt xanh. 🎅 Fresh, fiery, and full of holiday cheer, this salad is perfect for your Christmas Eve buffet, Christmas Day Brunch, or whenever you want something light, festive, and unforgettable. #chinsu #chinsufishsauce #chinsuhotsauce #cookingwithrang #christmas

Rich, creamy and kissed with just the right amount of heat, every forkful delivers comfort, bold flavor and a little bit of Rang magic. Tender chicken, silky sauce and the unmistakable CHIN-SU kick come together in a dish that makes you pause, smile and go back for more! 🔥 CHIN-SU Creamy Spicy Chicken Pasta . Ingredients • 2 skinless chicken breasts • 500g linguine pasta • 1 tbsp chopped garlic • 4 tbsp chopped shallots • 1 cup oyster mushrooms • 1½ cups tomato sauce • ½ cup cooking heavy cream • 5 tbsp CHIN-SU Hot Sauce • A handful of CHIN-SU Seasoning Shiitake Mushroom & Kombu Seaweed • 5 tbsp olive oil 🔥 Method Step 1: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and pan sear the chicken breasts until golden. Step 2: Once cooked through, remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Step 3: In the same pan, add chopped garlic, shallots and oyster mushrooms. Sauté until fragrant and golden brown. My Viet infused Steak Tartare is one of those dishes that always brings BIG smiles and even BIGGER flavor, especially when CHIN-SU joins the party! This dish is bright, bold, spicy and all about the loooove, so here’s the step-by-step so YOU can make this tasty dish at home! . INGREDIENTS:
500g fresh chilled beef tenderloin  1/2 cup of CHIN-SU Fish Sauce 1 sweet bell pepper  1 red onion 50g of chopped fresh Thai basil and Culantro mint 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice  1/2 cup of hot garlic oil  50g of roasted crushed peanuts for garnish CHIN-SU Hot Sauce to taste . Step 1:  Slice the beef tenderloin into thin strips.
. Step 2:  Pour the CHIN-SU Fish Sauce, lime juice and hot garlic oil into a mixing bowl, and toss in the beef to marinade. Add a dash CHIN-SU Hot Sauce to the mixture to turn up the heat. . Step 3: Julienne the bell pepper & red onion
. Step 4:  Fold in sweet bell peppers, the red onion, fresh mint and basil leaves.
