Rembrandt is truly the one behind it all, consistently bringing people together in the most meaningful way. It’s always the quiet ones doing the real work behind the scenes, no need for attention, just heart and action. That night, I was surrounded by the most humble and genuine people. No egos, no titles, just a shared love for the community. We didn’t have to explain who we are or what we do. The impact speaks for itself. I was, as always, just being me. No one judged me. Kicking off AANHPI Heritage Month with community, culture, and connection. Thank you @lisalewbb for a very special evening at HERE LIES LOVE. The music and choreography was incredible, and having a production of this caliber at @marktaperforum @ctgla showcasing such an important part of Philippine history was so significant for the community. With a holistic approach to creativity, some aspects of my @filamcreative Visionary Class (starting May 1st, registration and information links in my Bio) include learning how to maintain and the regulate the nervous system, a healthy mindset, and using movement, with the development of storytelling skills in screenwriting, prose, filmmaking, art and music. Two things I want to highlight why this is important: You don't need to be tortured to be creative. You can change the culture by changing yourself. It's important at this time to maintain a healthy mindset and change the old culture  of Hollywood that enabled chaos, tumoil, and emotional outbursts that were justified by stressful conditions and deadlines. We cannot have individuals as emotional contagions. I've worked for and with people who absolutely lost it on sets, producers and directors throwing tantrums and chairs during meetings, creatives justifying their bad behavior as a result of a mental condition or trauma. Also, many of my friends working in animation or VFX sit long periods of time and suffer sleepless nights to meet unreasonable expectations. It all creates a culture of toxicity and victimhood. IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE THIS WAY. Regulating your nervous system, mindset, and movement are important to your creativity, imagination and honing your skills. Learn how to be present and step into flow Creating art is important in maintaining your mental and physical health. Align your Body and Mind with your creativity: Lymphatic Exercises, Brain Yoga, Breathwork, Tai Chi and Movement, and Air Squats. Introduce art of play and returning to the mind of a child. Rewire your brain and rewrite your narrative. The world you create reflects and expresses who you are. A stable nervous system allows you to be spontaneous, and take a mistake and turn it into something original, innovative, or a moment of triumph. #FilAmCreative #VisionaryClass #creativityandhealth #breathwork #mentalhealth

We are in a New Renaissance. Nearly everything is AI assisted or AI powered. As we transition into a "Ladderless Society," there will be no entry level jobs and no opportunity for advance advancement, routine tasks, white collar jobs, knowledge work, and mediocrity will be replaced by A.I. But YOU, the individual, with unique skills, life experience, and interdisciplary expertise, will be worth more and irreplaceable as an ARTIST. - We aim to develop a new kind of creative, a polymath with skills in multidisciplines, able to adapt as a storyteller in any medium such as Film, TV, Comics, and Prose, and any platform such as Streaming, Theatrical Exhibition, or Verticals.
