It’s one of my proudest accomplishments, and its lead to so many amazing opportunities and incredible new friends, and if you’re new here or haven’t checked it out yet please give it a chance. When I left restaurants in 2019, I truly thought my time in a professional kitchen was over. I told everyone, very loudly, that I didn’t miss it at all. But I would be lying if I said I didn’t think about it everyday since I left. Im thrilled to announce that @dude1dk and I are opening a new venue and restaurant in Denver, The House of IDk. I’m eternally grateful for @nckhlmby and @ruppjacob for bringing me in and trusting me with this huge project, and I absolutely CANNOT WAIT to cook for you again. I love you all
