This weekend we were lucky to be back at one of our favorite places on earth @hamahamaoysters for their first Hama Hama Oysterama in 7 years! Guests combed the oyster flats during negative tide and slurped all the oysters. We did an Éclade de Moules demo in the shell pit with a handsome assist by @cheflumberjack where we roasted @taylorshellfish mussels two ways: over the flames with fresh aromatic rosemary, and arranged in a mandala and burnt under a dome of hay. Such a fun and hands-on day with all our intrepid shellfish-loving guests! A ride on the funicular, a glass of wine with bday babe @alchacon and a refreshing dip in the canal were the perfect end to a stellar day.
