My 50th birthday week at the Badminton Horse Trials 🐴
My favourite place in the world ♥️
This was my second year exhibiting my fashion brand, NEWMARKET875 🖤🧡♥️ — a brand I created to share the lifestyle, passion, and spirit of the horse world 🐎🐴
Before turning 50, I wanted to do something meaningful for the horse industry, and having my own shop at Badminton truly feels like a dream come true.
I first came here when I moved from 🇯🇵 to 🇬🇧 at 18 years old to study horses🐴 , so being back here now means even more to me.
I had the most amazing time celebrating with my friends and family, and it was such a special and unforgettable week. Thank you all for your support, friendship, and love ♥️
A special thank you to Chef Koj for the amazing Japanese cuisine 🇯🇵🍱🍣🥟🍤🍘🫛 and hospitality 🏠
And thank you to @mamasonobe , @sonobepapa , and @yoko1981730 for always being my biggest supporters in the world. I missed you all so much on my birthday 🎈♥️
@ros_canter_eventing was so inspiring 🐴👏👏👏
Thank you Ambassador 🇯🇵 HE Suzuki and Madam Eiko to join us the celebration 🎉 and their @paddingtonbear ambjapantouk

Yuzu tart. It’s become a “signature”. Good pastry, eggs, butter, sugar and yuzu juice. Classic French technique, Japanese citrus flavour, with perfect balance of sweet and sour to refresh the palate at the end of a good meal. Chocolate fans fear not, I always serve chocolate petits fours after this.
Look who popped into the kitchen today 👀
