Badejo Oreoluwa Kitan, professionally known as Chef Kitts, is a passionate Nigerian chef and founder of The Spice Palette. Trained at HBS Culinary School, where she earned a degree in Culinary Arts and became Food Safety Certified, Kitan has built a reputation for creativity, discipline, and excellence in the kitchen.
She has competed in and won the prestigious Eko Flavours Competition, catered large scale events, developed innovative Nigerian fusion dishes, and continues to elevate local flavors into refined, modern dining experiences. Passionate about growth, wellness, and community, Kitan brings the same resilience and dedication to every challenge. We trust that her creativity and resilience is going to make a positive impact on this grillathon.
