As we approach our second year this month in Surry Hills ๐พ๐, we find ourselves looking closer at the land and sea than ever before.
White Horse was built on a foundation of seasonality, but as we grow, so does our perspective. Under the guidance of @chefjunhwang , our menu continues to evolve, grounded in modern Australian roots, yet layered with the quiet complexity and thoughtful techniques of Junโs Korean heritage.
