One of Spring’s best dishes is our Wood Fire Roasted Rockfish. This season it’s a trio of local Rabes that make this whole fish sing.
It starts with @starroutefarms Fava Leaf stuffed Rockfish roasted in wood fire until the skin blisters, crisps and bubbles. We gather @riverdogfarm Arugula Rabe, Bok Choy Rabe and Napa Cabbage Rabe and season gently with fresh lemon, Sicilian olive oil and pickled ramps. Together on the plate it’s luscious, delicate, fruity, bright and vibrant.
The dish that brings Spring to the table. Our Agnello Arrosto. It’s not just any lamb dish. We roast Lamb Loin in our Wood Oven until perfectly tender, slice and serve family style with @zuckermans_farm blistered potatoes, peppery Watercress and finish with a fresh Salsa Verde.

You can’t get fresher or more seasonal than our PISELLI AL FORNO Iacopi Snap Pea, @chefico Calabrian Chili Vinaigrette, fresh local Mint, Pangrattato. It’s greens and texture throughout.
The best way to get into our warm, pillowy Focaccia? Grab it with your hands and tear into it. Next dip into that Whipped Mascarpone and Sicilian Olive Oil.
