Meet Chef Gil — Executive Chef & Austin Native 👨🏾‍🍳 Chef Gilfert Hunt discovered his love for cooking in the kitchen with his grandmother Big Mama and Aunt May right here in Austin. After graduating from Del Valle High School, he followed his passion to Le Cordon Bleu and later sharpened his skills at the 4-Star Westin Hotel before launching Chef Gil & Company in 2012.
