Difficult to put into words the wait times and travel needed to eat from some of the restaurants you have always wanted to try. Cooking helped me to become a man in many ways.. I learned how to tie a tie because of kitchen work. Travel reinforces curiosity and the wonder of exploration in a way.. to visit Lyon is like a pilgrimage to gastronomical temple. I didn’t understand every word yet I understood every feeling such deep confirmation of how and why I cook.
