I used to weigh 240 pounds.
Then I lost 100.
First people said I was too heavy.
Then they said I was getting too skinny.
Then they said I was obsessed with the gym.
Now apparently I’m “too muscular.”
And that’s when I realized something…
No matter what you do with your body, someone will always have something to say.
So you might as well do what makes YOU feel strong, healthy, and confident.
For me, that meant changing my life.
100 pounds down.
Lifting weights.
Prioritizing my health.
And I’ve never felt better.

What an amazing two days at the @mohegansun Women’s Health & Beauty Bridal Expo on March 7th & 8th.
I had the opportunity to share my weight loss journey, talk about health and fitness, and give out samples of some of my favorite @1stphorm products to so many incredible people.
Being able to connect with others about their own journeys, answer questions, and meet followers in person truly means so much to me. Moments like this remind me why I love what I do.

6 weeks later and officially cleared after my breast augmentation at @novosculptus 🖤💪🏻
Today was all about easing back in, focusing on control, movement, and rebuilding strength instead of jumping right back into heavy weights.
Used:
• 5 lb dumbbells for around the worlds + front raises
• 7.5 lb dumbbells for hammer curls + bicep curls
• 2.5 lb discs for shoulder burnout raises
And honestly… it felt AMAZING 😭
The last 6 weeks really reminded me how much fitness and lifting have become part of who I am mentally and physically.
My @1stphorm  routine also helped me SO much during recovery by keeping me focused on getting enough protein in while my body healed and rebuilt 💪🏻
Now I’m getting back into my gym routine and I’m SO psyched for Summer Smash June 4th–6th in St. Louis with my husband 🖤 @souschefsteve
Slowly rebuilding. Listening to my body. Getting stronger again one workout at a time.

Being their mom is the greatest privilege and biggest blessing of my life 🤍
There was a time in my life where I barely wanted to be in pictures, struggled mentally and physically, and honestly didn’t recognize the woman I saw in the mirror anymore. I was exhausted, uncomfortable in my own skin, and just surviving day by day.
These three became one of the biggest reasons I decided to fight for myself again. I wanted to be healthier. Happier. More present. More active. I wanted to keep up with them, create memories with them, and truly LIVE life with them instead of watching it pass by.
Now every workout, every healthy choice, every early morning, every hard season I push through… always comes back to them.
Motherhood changed me from the inside out and I’ll forever be grateful these three call me Mommy 🖤

Less than 2 weeks away from being fully cleared for the gym again and I honestly can’t wait 🖤
Right now I’m easing back in with lower body workouts, walking, and slowly rebuilding my strength while recovering from my breast augmentation surgery… but upper body is finally almost back 🙌🏻
Taking time away from lifting reminded me how much fitness became part of who I am mentally, not just physically. Years ago I was uncomfortable in my own skin and scared to even step into a gym. Now movement, strength training, and showing up for myself daily has become therapy for me.
Losing 100 pounds was just the beginning. This journey became about rebuilding myself from the inside out and learning how strong I really am.
Becoming a @1stphorm Legionnaire has also been such a huge part of this chapter of my life. The community, mindset, support, and motivation is something I’m forever grateful for. I truly love helping others realize they’re capable of changing their lives too.
