From Ghana to global stages, I’ve carried one mission, to boldly spotlight African food, stories, and identity with the respect and reach they deserve. EMOTIONAL❤️. It was such an honor to be invited by the York Mead Primary School in Watford as a special guest for their “Ghana Afternoon” session.
I love kids so much so I was so glad to introduce them to some Ghanaian snacks, did a live demonstration on how to make “Mashke,” ! We did some puzzles too .
This tour stop formed part of my philanthropic endeavors and I can’t wait to be back there! Thank you to @akuadimples for this ❤️

What an experience at Akoko 🇬🇭🇳🇬🇸🇳🇬🇲 !! Being invited to one of the few African Michelin Star restaurants in the world was beautiful. As a chef , I was very much impressed at how my Co chefs have Elevated the taste of African food here in London 🇬🇧!
