Please help me share. Registration is ongoing you can learn online or offline. We have classes for as low as. 4weeks: 100k. 4weeks: 80k. 2weeks: 50k Online classes: 50k, 100k and 150k respectively ( this depends on the area the students choses) Beginners class is 240k.(3months) Intermediate class is 450k.( 3months plus 2weeks) Advanced class is 650k( 6months) Master class and Nuthritherapy is 800k.( 10months plus 2weeks) If you want to learn everything all together in 10months to 1yr, it's 1.6m.( 10mths to 1yr) Accommodation is 100k for 3months, 150k for 6months, 250k for 9months and 500k for 1yr. We offer jobs to students in many cities. 10% discount on registration within Aug/Sept/ oct. And gifts like oven, gas burners, microwave, grills, mixers and sets of pots after graduation. Guess who’s back? 👨🏾‍🍳🔥 It’s been a minute since I posted here, life, kitchen, and building things kept me moving. For the new faces around, welcome! I’m Havilah Bekee, Lagos (and Abuja) based private chef, nutritherapist, caterer, food connoisseur, culinary expert, and founder of De Kitchen Studio Culinary Academy. On Facebook, I’ve been deep in the grind: training aspiring chefs at the academy (we take students from beginners to advanced—teaching real cooking, African/Continental dishes, pastries, grilling, food hygiene & safety, costing, business management, plating, table setting, even content creation), handling private gigs, whipping up signature meals that heal (like custom nutritherapy plans for blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.), catering events, dispatching healthy snacks and soups, and just keeping the flavors flowing. Sometimes, beautiful stories can be birthed out of ugly situations. What makes one an O.G in their chosen profession is the ability to turn a mistake into something beautiful and unique. Nothing prepared me for what happened to me early this morning, how someone shuts down without a prior warning. I noticed that I was weak after yesterday's business and teaching sessions, I didn't sleep well the night before, yet I woke up early to start the days activities. Every first day of the month, I do my midnight prayer/ new month prayer. I did that as usual, didn't sleep well and had to wake up early to cook, after cooking ,I took my students on almost 5hrs class. This morning I woke up feeling feverish and very tired. Nene went to the store but I couldn't stay at home alone, I took my drugs, went to the store, they were almost done cooking. It was raining and I craved pancakes cos I've not had breakfast. After getting my ingredients ready, I added my supposed flour without knowing what flour it was. I perceived it while Turning it, it was BEANS FLOUR. Oh my world and it was already late. My assistant and Nene were laughing at me cos I told them, if it doesn't come out well, they'll eat it and pay me, but if it turns out well, I will not give them to taste( it was a joke). I decided to make Lemonade out of my life given lemons. Boom! I made this every yummy and tasty bean pan cakes. There is mushroom and other things, I had to spice it up a bit and it became this premium meal you're seeing here. My assistant and Nene asked for a name. I named it, Recipe: VELVET BEAN CREPE WITH CLASSIC MUSHROOM FILL. This is Me saying bye bye to the usual flour once again. If I can bake with ukwa, ugu, coconut flour and other healthy options, I can also make pancakes with beans flour. IamGold BEKEE

If I had pursued any career outside cooking, product formulation, nutritherapy, wellness education, catering, and running my culinary academy, I honestly would not have lasted till now. This work is not just what I do it is what sustains me. Producing my Wholegrain Fibre Pap, formulating my protein powder, creating functional drinks like my nutritherapy-based zobo and wellness blends, baking wholemeal bread, crafting wholemeal chin chin, granola, kuli kuli, healthy snacks, and food bowls, all of these are extensions of who I am. Through my catering services, I feed hundreds with intention. Through my culinary academy, I train others to build profitable, health conscious food businesses. Through nutritherapy, I help people understand that food is not just consumption, it is correction, prevention and restoration. Some careers pay bills. This one gives me meaning, impact and survival.
