⨠Sunday Brunch Recap from Little Loganās Farm āØ
Our last brunch of the season may just have been the best one yet. š“šæ The garden was alive, the flavors were fresh, and the plates told a story straight from the soil of
@littlelogansfarm itself.
The star of the show? š Southern-fried oyster mushrooms on golden waffles, crispy, tender, unforgettable. Alongside it, a garden-fresh frittata and hearty potato hash, each dish layered with flavors grown steps away from where we gathered. Cucumber flowers, oregano blossoms, edible petals, beauty you could taste, harvested right from the earth beneath our feet.
But what really makes these gatherings special isnāt just the food. Itās the crew, my day-ones,
@chef.d.sause &
@dani_vegetables_ , warriors in the kitchen who always show up and pour their soul into every plate. And itās you, every guest who comes out, supports, and makes these moments unforgettable. Without you, itās just food. With you, it becomes family. ā¤ļø
This was likely the last brunch of the year, but the spirit doesnāt stop here. š± Stay tuned, one more Fuegos at Little Oakens is coming before the season closes. And come spring⦠brunch might just make its return.
šš½Swipe all the way through, donāt stop until youāve seen all these beautiful moments. Because this story isnāt just about what we cooked, itās about what we created together.
