Schloss Drachenburg
I've been wanting to do a microscale version of this castle for years. And honestly, I think it's really gotten me hooked on building tiny! I can't wait to build something like this again.
The Alchemist
I originally began building this to serve as a backdrop scene for an upcoming video, but very quickly the project took on a life of its own! The construction itself isn't particularly groundbreaking, but I enjoyed working with the old lighting kits salvaged from the Island Castle to inject this with some *vibes*.

The Wool Farm! Perhaps my favorite thing about the LEGO Minecraft theme has been the team's dedication to making as many colored sheep as possible. Collecting them over the years has been a delight, and I wanted to create a really special place in the world for them to live! And so, the Wool Farm module came to be. This is part of a larger player base that will eventually sit at the foot of the world's mountain. #lego #legominecraft #minecraft
The Snowy Plains! Just a super simple module today, but it's little guys like these that tie the whole display together. The best part of this module are the two 1x1 vertical shafts that have been dug at the front. It seems someone has violated the ancient Minecraft rule - "Never dig straight down!" #lego #legominecraft #minecraft
The Dark Oak Forest! This one here is a personal favorite. I had a ton of fun designing the elaborate terrain for this forest to be built on top of! #lego #legominecraft #minecraft
The Dripstone Mineshaft! This module really was just kind of a for-fun addition to the Minecraft world. I really enjoyed building the large Dripstone Cave from earlier in the series, and I was eager to expand it in any way. This one contrasts with that longer build quite nicely, using more vertical elements as opposed to the former's long bridge. The top half of the cave was built completely upside down, which is always a fun challenge, too. It might be a small one, but I love how much detail and variety is packed into this underground scene. #lego #legominecraft #minecraft
The Trial Chamber! This is an interesting one. It's more simple in its construction than some of the other modules, but deeper in, you'll find some fun techniques like the copper grates, spawners, and lanterns. The colors of the Trial Chamber in-game are tricky to replicate. In reality, dark grey makes a better tuff brick than DBG, but I'd lose out on the wonderful texture of modern elements. Weathered copper falls somewhere between sand green and dark turquoise, and even dark orange lacks the shine that copper requires. Guys, I don't even think I like this module lol! Ah, oh well. I think the 1x1 tiles look nice at the base. #lego #legominecraft #minecraft
Ah, it's time for some Minecraft module spam again! We'll kick things off with a build I'm actually quite fond of - the amethyst geode. Trans-purple felt like the perfect color to use for this one, but its limitations (especially at the time) proved a bit challenging. Back when I made this, even 1x2 trans-purple plates weren't readily available, so this sent me in the unique direction of using hundreds of cheese slopes to capture an extra bit of a texture! While not completely faithful to the blocky aesthetic, I think the final result is quite beautiful. #lego #legominecraft #minecraft
HA! GET IT!? 👀🤣
