1 - CHEESE: Truffle Pecorino, Smoked Cheddar, Camembert, Bucheron
2 - MEAT: Red Wine Salami, Prosciutto
3 - PRODUCE: Concord Grapes, Dried Apricots, Pears, Apples
4 - CRUNCH: Candied Pecans, Baguette (more served on the side)
5 - DIP: Honey
6 - GARNISH: Mums, Dried Oranges
To brûlée the cheese, add a layer of turbinado sugar and heat with a butane torch until caramelized!
