This is how I chase sensets. This is your sign to get into plein air painting, which just means painting from life. I used to take a photo to get everything in the frame and proportion properly, but I've learned how to do it without a photo.

I think Chinese calligraphy brush technique is perfect for painting loose watercolor trees. I do need to take a proper class one day though. I've only learned from YouTube in high school. I also have a book I got from half price books on Chinese painting.
Here's a small take on how I do it. Important thing is to keep your hold loose and let it flow. It probably doesnt make any sense but you never know until you try.

This was such a cute event hosted by my favorite people. I felt honored to capture this event through my lens! Celebrating Girlhood, community, and creativity in one room is honestly so refreshing. Although there were many times i would bother the poor girls and say “pretend I’m not here” and shoot, but the room was filled with laughter and acceptance, and that’s what makes it worth it 🤍.
