Checkout.com saw 62% growth YoY in ecommerce processed volume across its network over the four-day BFCM weekend. We processed over $5.2bn in ecommerce volume, peaking at $1.6bn on Black Friday. Taking a look inside the data: 🛒Close to 100 million transactions processed over the four-day weekend 🌏 62 million unique payment instruments transacted, highlighting our global reach 🛍️A peak of transactions per minute of 32,900 at 10.07am UK time on Cyber Monday ⬆️>99.999% of uptime 🚀On average we processed transactions in 304ms which is 30% faster than last year, and processed 95% of transactions under 1 second 🤝Over 300 merchants processed more than $1 million in volume Thank you to every team member at Checkout.com who worked hard to make this possible. Ultimately, BFCM is an important moment to track so we can keep delivering high performance payments for our merchants.
