Beer Braised Crispy Pork Shoulder 🍺🍖 Crunchy crackle and slow-cooked, almost fall-apart pork come together in this bubbly beer bath, all done in the oven. Your Sunday Roast just got a serious upgrade, so give this recipe a try: - Add olive oil to a large pan over medium heat. - Add chopped carrot, celery, onion, and 3-4 cloves of garlic and gently sauté. - Season with 2 tsp @murrayriversalt , 1 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1 heaped tbsp seeded mustard, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 3-4 bay leaves, and 1 tsp oregano and mix. - After 4 minutes, add 3/4 can of your favourite beer. - Score and season your 1.5kg dried-out pork shoulder with Murray River Salt. - Carefully place the pork in the middle of the pan and gently press down into the vegetables and liquid. - Add the remaining beer to the pan up to just below the pork rind. - Place in the middle of the oven set to 200C fan forced for 1.5 hours. - Once the crackle has set in the oven, turn the heat down to 160C and cook for a further 1-1.5 hours. - Once the shoulder is probe tender (roughly 90C) and the crackle has good colour, remove and rest uncovered for 15 minutes. - Carefully slice the pork, then serve with your roasting vegetables and roasted potatoes.

Thai Beef Rice Paper Rolls 🌯 We packed these with sticky, savoury @harveybeefwa mince, fresh herbs, and crunchy veggies. Finish with a quick pan-frying for next level crunch and serve with creamy coconut sauce. Recipe below: - Add 500g Harvey Beef mince to a large, oiled pan set to high heat and mix. - Add 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp minced lemon grass, 1 finely diced red chilli, 1/2 cup chopped spring onion, 2 TBSP light soy sauce, 1 TBSP hoisin sauce, the juice of 1 lime, and 1 TBSP brown sugar. - Continue mixing over the heat until the mince has cooked and caramelised through the sauce. - For the satay sauce, simmer down 250ml Yeo’s Satay Sauce mixed with 1/2 cup coconut cream in a small pan. - Once thick and creamy, set aside to slightly cool. - Once the mince is cooked, take off the heat and allow to cool slightly. - Prepare the rice paper sheets by quickly submerging them in cold water, then lay them out flat. - Spoon 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto two rice papers laid out flat. - Add sliced fresh cucumber, pickled carrot, and plenty of fresh mint leaves. - Gently roll up the rice paper rolls nice and tight. - For extra crunch, quickly crisp up the folded rice paper rolls in the pan for a minute on each side then remove. - Slice in half and serve with the creamy satay sauce for dipping. #beef #ricepaperrolls #steak #glutenfreerecipe #meat

Smoked Beef Shins 🍖🔥 Don’t let the size of these beautiful beef shins scare you! This recipe is super simple and can be replicated in the oven if needed. Check it out below and make sure you SAVE this for your next cook up: - Trim and remove any excess fat and silver skin from the beef shin. - Apply a generous layer of American mustard to all sides for the binder. - Hit it heavy with your favourite BBQ Beef Rub on all sides. - Place in the smoker upright set to roughly 125c cooking temp for 5 hours. - Once the bark has set remove and place them in to a large roasting dish. - Pour two cans of your favourite drinking beer in to the roasting tray. - Wrap tightly in foil and place back in the smoker for a further 4.5 hours. - Once the beef shins have hit an internal temp of 95C (203F) and have no resistance when probing remove. - Allow to rest for 30 minutes if needed or slowly rest in an esky for 2 hours for maximum tenderness. - Remove the bone then pull in to nice chunks and enjoy. Crispy Nashville Hot Chicken Thighs 🐔🔥 If you love spicy chicken, then you need to try this air fryer recipe! We covered the chicken thighs in seasoning mixed with @murrayriversalt , air-fried, then finished with a glaze of sweet, spicy sauce until crispy. Give this one a go: - For the seasoning mixed together 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp black pepper, and 2 tsp Murray River Salt. - Season all sides of the boneless chicken thighs with roughly 2/3 of the mixture, reserving the rest for the glaze. - Once the air fryer is preheated to 200C, place the chicken thighs in the basket skin side up and cook for roughly 12 minutes. - Meanwhile, prepare the glaze with the remaining seasoning. - Add 100g melted unsalted butter, 2 tbsp honey, 1/4 cup hot sauce, and mix. - Flip the chicken thighs and cook for 10 minutes. - Glaze the chicken thighs with the glaze and cook for 5 minutes until caramelised. - Flip back over skin side up and give one final glaze, then cook for another 5 minutes until crispy. - Once cooked, gently remove and serve on a plate topped with tangy pickles for balance. #hotchicken #nashvillehotchicken #airfryer #airfryerrecipes #salt

Salt Crusted Pork Belly in the AirFryer 🤩 This might just make the crunchiest pork belly you’ve ever had using a solid salt crusting! One things for sure, we haven’t seen that many bubbles on our pork crackle in a long time. 😱 Written recipe below; - Score the meat side of the pork belly, then season generously with Chinese five spice and Murray River Salt. - Massage the seasoning in to all of the scores with your hands. - Flip over to the rind and poke plenty of tiny holes with a very sharp knife. - Create a tight foil boat with foil then brush the skin with white vinegar - Cover the skin with plenty of salt. - Place in the Air Fryer set to 180C for 30 minutes. - Scrap off all of the salt then lightly brush the skin with neutral oil. - Place back in to the Air Fryer set to 200C for a further 30-45 minutes. - Once the crackle has set remove and allow to rest and harden for 10 minutes. - Slice, serve and enjoy! 🤗 #salt #porkbelly #airfryer #porkcrackle #airfryerrecipes

Slow Cooker Oxtail 🤤 You guys wanted more flavour so how about this version in the slow cooker? What do we all think? 🤔 We browned the oxtail off, then loaded all of the spices, herbs, and liquid straight into the slow cooker. Give our recipe a try and let us know what slow cooker recipes you would love to see next; - Season 1kg of oxtail generously with salt and cracked pepper. - In a separate tray, mix together 1 cup flour, 2 tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp chilli flakes. - Lightly dust all sides of the oxtail in the flour mix and set the slow cooker to high sear. - Add olive oil to the slow cooker, then brown off the oxtail on all sides. - Add 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 chopped brown onions, 3 cloves finely diced garlic, 1 chopped red chilli, 2 bay leaves, 2 cups beef stock, and 1 cup red wine. - Close the lid and set the slow cooker to the high slow cook. - Allow to cook for roughly 5 hours until the oxtail is fall-apart tender. - Serve the oxtail in a large bowl with plenty of the jus and slow cooked vegetables spooned over the top. #winterwarmer #slowcooker #oxtail #slowcookerrecipes #beef

Slow Cooked Oxtail 🍖 Have you tried this before? This melt in your mouth cut has an intense beefy flavour making it perfect for your next stew or slow cooker meal. As the collagen breaks down during slow cooking it creates a depth of flavour that’s second to none! Written recipe below; - Season the oxtail with salt on all sides and then lightly dust with flour. - Add olive oil to a large casserole dish and set over high heat. - Brown off the oxtail and seal on all sides. - Deglaze the pan with white wine, then add 3-4 bay leaves, fresh thyme, 1 can of quality diced tomatoes and 1L beef stock. - Place the lid on the casserole dish and place in to a preheated oven set to 160C for 3 hours. - Remove the roast from the oven and add baby potatoes cut in half. - Place back in the oven and roast for a further 1.5-2 hours until the oxtail is tender. - Once the oxtail is nice and tender remove and allow to rest for 20 minutes. - Serve straight on the table with fresh thyme sprinkled over the top. Try this sneaky skewer hack to nail the crackle, pair it with a tangy guacamole, and you have a match made in heaven 🤤 Recipe below: - Prepare the pork seasoning in a small bowl by mixing together 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 2 tsp Murray River Salt. - Lay the pork belly strips flat and season generously on both sides. - Stack the pork belly strips up and skewer 3-4 times. - Make a slight gap between each strip to allow it to cook evenly in the air fryer. - Lay the skewered pork down and then lightly oil the rind and sprinkle with more salt. - Place in the air fryer and cook at 200C for 40-45 minutes. - Meanwhile, prepare the tangy guacamole: Mix together 2 sliced ripe avocados, 1 finely diced small white onion, 1 finely diced tomato, the juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp chilli flakes. - Once the crackle has set and you have good colour in the pork belly, remove and rest uncovered for 10 minutes. - Serve on a plate topped with the guacamole spooned over and a light sprinkle of fresh coriander. #porkbelly #crispypork #airfryer #airfryerrecipes #chicharron
