I may no longer live in the US, but it is still a home, the country my son was born in, a place I return to often. I remember when we moved to Mexico (my son was 3), I felt a bit of relief about not worrying about GUNS in schools. How absurd is it that mothers/fathers/care givers even need to think this way?
I’m joining some of my favorite female founders today, in honor of the more than 4,400 children and teens shot and killed in the U.S. each year, we will be making a donation to Everytown to support their advocacy around common-sense gun-safety and violence prevention.
Gun violence is the number one killer of children in America, which is a fact I cannot get out of my head. A portion of today’s sales will go directly to Everytown. ❤️
