Davon Godchaux of the @saints steps inside @valleyequinerepro in Stephenville, Texas for a rare behind-the-scenes look at one of the most elite breeding facilities in the world for cutting and cow horses.
Guided by stallion manager Andrew Waters, he’s introduced to the bloodlines, the legends, and the level of precision it takes to create greatness before a horse ever steps into the arena.
Including a moments with Metallic Cat, Phil N Dangerous, Hottish Metal, Badboonarising and more of the greats!
This isn’t just a visit. Davon is doing the homework, investing in knowledge, and building the foundation for his own horses breeding program across Reining, Cutting, Barrel Racing and Cow Horse.

Taking care of your mental health is a big part of surviving an NFL season… 18 games isn’t for the weak.

Somewhere between the chaos and the grind, I found peace out here with the horses. Slows everything down, clears your head, resets the focus.
