|Tatler Dining|約會必中!Chaud Doux 帶來溫暖浪漫的法式日常 在台北松山區,一間一開幕就話題十足的法式餐館Chaud Doux @chaud.doux ,悄悄把里昂街頭的 Bouchon 精神帶來台灣。雖自稱法式「家常小館」,但卻由米其林三星餐廳 Tairroir態芮 @tairroir 何順凱主廚 @kaiho1011 監製,並由畢業於法國 Paul Bocuse 廚藝學校的林庭右(Leo) @exactleo 主廚坐鎮,料理背景與實力都不容小覷。 有別於fine dining ,Chaud Doux 想做的是「溫暖做菜,溫柔待人」的日常法餐。延續里昂 Bouchon 的精神,這裡的料理份量實在、味道濃郁,卻不追求繁複擺盤,專注於真實的滋味與分享的氛圍,但有趣的是,餐廳其實頗有儀式感,從空間設計、選用的杯盤器皿、餐具,都有其細節,中午的光線之美好,坐在窗邊,光是水杯也讓人看得入迷,夜晚的浪漫氛圍,更堪稱「約會必中」。 餐廳巧妙運用台灣在地食材,重新演繹法國傳統菜色,讓人以更日常的方式親近法式料理。人均消費大約落在 NT$2,000 左右,既親民又不失水準,甫開幕就座無虛席,訂位近乎滿至十月底。 菜色部分,小編大推幾道:「豬耳朵蛋糕」,靈感來自里昂日常鹹蛋糕,把豬耳朵燉滷後拌入 Gruyère 起司、干蔥與香草,最後點綴炸豬耳朵與芥末酸奶,樸實卻細膩;「大蒜香芹奶油烤大蛤」則是以巴黎經典焗蝸牛為靈感,換上鮮美大蛤,入口時滿是奶油、蒜香與海味交織;「馬賽魚湯」以魚骨、蟹殼、蝦殼熬製湯底,加上胭脂蝦、干貝與淡菜,濃厚又帶南法風情;最後一定要留胃給甜點「香橙干邑舒芙蕾」,出爐後輕盈蓬鬆、帶著果香與Grand Marnier酒香,是大人味的浪漫收尾。 Chaud Doux,就像一場溫暖的法式日常相遇。無論是約會、和家人、好友聚餐,還是單純想吃一頓踏實又有溫度的法餐,都是值得拜訪的去處 🇫🇷🥂 🖋️:#YinruTu #TatlerTaiwan #TatlerDining #TatlerDiningTW #TatlerDiningFirstLook 現在就追蹤 Tatler Taiwan 的 Instagram:@tatlertaiwan  @tatlerdiningtw
