For the past few months I’ve had the pleasure of performing at @jitterscoffeepub . With friends on stage and behind the scenes, we’ve been able to realize a dream of bringing a music scene back to the coffee shop.
Special thanks to @campsnapcamera for the instant nostalgia of last week. Looking at life through their lens is a leap forward in technology while simultaneously time-traveling backward to the more stylish and simpler times of content creation. Loving this look + edit by @dream.ops .

What a blast to help launch the return of Britt Rock Camp, in Jacksonville, OR! Under the umbrella of the incredible @brittfestival performing arts center, this summer music camp helps feed the future of music while supporting youth from all across Southern Oregon. Raining Jane first worked with the camp in 2012 and it’s been incredible to see the tremendous community investment in the arts. This July, 7 brand new bands + 7 original songs emerged at camp, and they rocked our faces!! Shout out to the amazing Rachel Jones, Henry Grubb, and Mike Sturgill from Team Britt. We had so much fun with you all and are so grateful to have been a part of this arts & education programming. B-B-B-BRITT ROCKS!

It has been quite a Mystical Magical RRRide… What a joy to look back at some of the journey! ✨
Some of the songs on this album have traveled the distance…. from peaceful valleys and full moon vortexes, to stages and studios, and round the country and beyond!
The process of writing (and playing!) together has always been a humbling and radical experience; We dream, and share, and experiment. We dig deep and listen. We dance with the song–even when it’s just a riff or a groove or a line–when we FEEL the whole thing before it’s even come into full view. It’s a mystical, miraculous process, and we’re forever grateful to have shared this creative space together, and with our brother, @jason_mraz
