Our second Chase Cup event of 2025 at Power Kart Raceway didn’t disappoint!
A morning full of speed and (mostly) friendly competition highlighted the teamwork and camaraderie that drive our culture.

This past month at The Eastbourne, we saw the removal of the third and final crane and the majority of scaffolding taken down.
Landscaping works are underway, opening up the space and bringing the project to life.
The Charlotte project is moving ahead with strong momentum.
In recent months, we’ve achieved some major milestones - including the successful concurrent double basement 1 slab pour, jumpform installation, and reaching ground level.
Now, Level 1 is taking shape, while formwork stripping is underway in the basement.
Yesterday, we hosted our Christmas in July Family Event at Kingpin.
It was a fun filled morning full of bowling, games, and quality time with each other’s families.

Scaffold striping has commenced on the Building E with all buildings to follow across the next two months.
Works on site are in full swing with fit-out of all levels including basements and landscape works underway.
The Charlotte reached a major milestone this week with the erection of the tower crane.
Recent weeks has seen bulk excavation of the 3-storey basement complete and the first slab on ground poured.

Topped out & full speed ahead!
From the first basement slab pour (March 28, 2024) to the final roof pour (March 31, 2025) structural completion marks a major milestone at The Eastbourne.
Facade work is underway, rough-in progress hits 50%, and joinery has kicked off on the first floors of two towers.

We are excited to announce the completion of The Residences for client, HTI Group.
The Residences features 98 units across 10 stories with 3 levels of basement car parking and a roof top garden. It marks the final building in the midtown precinct.

Yesterday, we kicked off the first Chase Cup event of 2025.
We spent the morning showcasing focus, skill and camaraderie at the Majura Park Gun Club, followed by a relaxed lunch at Edgar’s.
It was a great chance for Chase staff to come together and enjoy a social day.
Our Sustainability & Environment initiative for 2025 focuses on reducing waste and our carbon footprint.
To kick things off, all employees received @yeti_au coffee keep cups to encourage sustainable practices during their morning coffee runs.
Chase Group are pleased to announce the onsite commencement of The Charlotte.
The project marks our ongoing work with @domagroup_ on their Woden Valley precinct following the successful completion of The Bowen.
The Charlotte comprises 207 apartments across 21 storeys.
We look forward to updating you as construction progresses.
Construction progress on The Eastbourne saw us pouring 11 concrete slabs throughout the November period, taking us well past the halfway mark of structure.
November also saw us commence the internal fit out on the lower levels of Building A & Building E.
