Our Grand Lake project is well under way with windows installed last week. The triple-glaze windows are passive house certified and have a U-value of just 0.1 - enabling us to take advantage of the expansive mountain views on the property without sacrificing energy efficiency. We are excited for finishes to be installed soon!
As many of you know, we (Charlie + Madeline) recently relocated to Denver to launch our residential design firm - Ashwood Studio. We have been quietly working behind the scenes so we thought it was time for a more formal/public introduction!
Following 7 years of experience working in Austin, TX, we began our business in 2024 and settled in Denver this spring to focus on residential architecture and design.
Both of our backgrounds are in high-end, single family residential. We design custom homes: from new build, to renovation, to furnishings, but are equally passionate about improved housing solutions for all walks of life.
Madeline is an NCIDQ certified interior designer, and Charlie is a licensed architect in Colorado, Kansas, and Texas.
