It was good to be back home today Plum Creek Church with Doug-Beth Miller Farah Oster. Plum Creek will always hold a very special place in our hearts ❤️
While Farah and I were honored to accept this award on behalf of Sweet Heart Winery & Event Center, make no mistake — this is a team achievement through and through. We just happened to be the ones accepting it.
Running a business with your spouse is not for the faint of heart. It’s hard. It can be all-consuming. The pressures of making payroll, managing cash flow, navigating regulations, and leading people can easily spill over into marriage.
But here’s the truth — it has also made us stronger than ever. We’ve learned to trust deeper, communicate better, and fight for balance and purpose together.
To our amazing team: thank you. Out of nearly 4,000 businesses in Loveland, being recognized as #1 means the world. You’ve earned this.
And to our incredible family who plays and integral part of running, leading and growing the business — my brother, daughter, nephew, sister-in-law, brother-in-law — how special it is to share this journey with you. Tammie Larson Rob Larson Megan Nickelson Chad Oster Brent Larson
Finally, to Farah Oster, my partner in business and life — it’s one of the hardest things we’ve ever done, but also one of the most rewarding. ❤️
Here’s to love, grit, and the beautiful chaos of building something that matters — together.
