I’ve been a beneficiary of education in ways that have shaped who I am and the opportunities I’ve had. At the same time, I’m acutely aware of what happens when children are denied that same chance. The deprivation of education doesn’t just limit individual potential, it holds back entire communities and generations. To me, every child who grows up without literacy or access to learning represents a loss to the world that is simply incalculable. That’s why this matters so deeply. Every mile I run is for them and for the futures that education can unlock.
