Opened by Top Chef & Food Network’s Connie DeSousa, and John Jackson, Charcut is well known for its delicious cuts of premium Alberta Beef, plus a wider menu inspired by Italian and Portuguese traditions.
While filming my doc, it was important to me to fuel my team to the best of my ability, and Sunday night steak & prime rib at Charcut was our kick-off meal to a week of filming. It was perfect!
What are the tens? Prime rib with mashing of horseradish, the blistered tomatoes, and this here fiery adventure sausage!
