𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 - 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 I was curious to see how tall all my @laurasteven books would be if I stacked them in a pile. I ended up having to stack it against the bookcase as it was so high and it was falling over. 😂 In the stack there are 40 copies of Laura’s books. I just absolutely love Laura’s books and will never stop telling everyone about them! Her writing just draws you in from the moment you read the first page. The characters will stay with you long after you finish reading. If you haven’t read any of Laura’s books I honestly can’t recommend them enough. You only have to see how many copies I have. 😍 Silvercloak is out now in paperback. So there’s plenty of time to read it before Turncloak releases in September. While we are mentioning Turncloak @delreyuk I’d love a physical proof copy and if I was lucky enough to get one I’d be posting about it all the time. 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐤 🪄 Today is the UK paperback release day of Silvercloak, published by @delreyuk Laura’s writing is so captivating it instantly draws you in and you are left thinking about it long after you’ve finished reading. I’ll share some of my review below The magic system completely intrigued me as it is fuelled by pleasure and pain. I loved the world building it was so good. The twists had me shook, I totally wasn’t expecting them! As for the ending, omg why? I can’t get my head around that. I need book 2 immediately. 🪄🪄🪄 If you haven’t read Silvercloak by @laurasteven then this is your sign. I actually have 14 editions of Silvercloak, yes it is THAT good. I’m always on the lookout for different editions to add to my collection! It was so creepy and the small town setting added to this. I love a haunted house read but this was so much more than that. It wasn’t just the sense of unease the whole way through knowing something was going to happen, there were some much darker themes too. Jimmy returns to his home town after 20 years. He reconnects with his childhood best friend Carly, I really liked their friendship and how she helps him try to battle with his past. I’m still not over the ending. Highly recommend this one! I don’t think the photos quite do it justice it’s even more gorgeous in person. If you know me then you know just how much I love Laura’s books and just how captivating her writing is. Her books will draw you from the moment you start reading and you will be thinking about them long after you’ve finished reading. If you haven’t read Silvercloak yet, seriously why not? The ebook is on offer for 99p for all of May and it’s available in all other formats too! I’m going to be rereading it soon ready for the release of Turncloak in September. 📚 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 📚 Bright Midnights by LS Delorme AD-PR PRODUCT My thoughts 💭 Bright Midnights is book 2 in The Limerent Series, we are introduced to new characters so it works well as a standalone if you haven’t yet read book 1. I really liked the world building and the authors writing style. I was completely invested in the story from the beginning. Amelie was such a great character and I liked Clovis too, he had such a mysterious way about him. I really hope we get to see more of them in future books. Hudson was an interesting character and I’d also like to see more about him too. I found it hard to put down as I needed to keep reading to find out what was going to happen. I’m looking forward to reading more of the series, I really enjoyed it.
