my whole life, i’ve wanted to do theatre!!! and i’ve always dreamed of having the friends and the experiences that i have been having every single day for the past 5 months. and late ko na narealize: sobrang ululan pala ng schedule nito noh!!! the mornings in this situation are insane!!! and meeting new people, and constantly doing everything you wanted to do, brings a whole other line of insecurities like do these people even like me? am i good at what i do?
happily, i realized i’m not alone because tiffany day’s album halo exists and she says everything i want to say <3 so i’ll let her do the talking for me :3

i don’t remember a time in my self-aware life that i didn’t want to kill myself in any capacity. if you factory reset my brain, i’d go back to misery because that’s all i grew up in.
i’m better at regulating my depression now. my brain’s self defense mechanism is to bury all these painful memories into the depths of my memory. but some days - some nights, i can’t stop them from surfacing - and everything suffocates me -

On May 24, 2026, we gather in solidarity for Mary Grace “Isty” Petrolla, a founding member of BIEN Philippines and a BPO worker for more than 15 years.
Isty has recently been diagnosed with Metastasis of the Bone and will require long term hospital care. As she faces this difficult battle, we call on fellow workers, friends, and allies to stand with her and her family.
BIEN Philippines is raising funds to help support Isty’s medical care and long term treatment. Every ticket purchased and every act of solidarity will help ease the burden.
