Our love planted itself in my core, spread through all of my parts, fingers and toes, dug itself into the soils of my soul and is now being harvested by something inhumane. Blood flying everywhere as the creature claws every inch of you out of me. Is the pain coming from my resistance? If I just let it rip you out of me, instead of holding on so tightly, will it hurt less?
In dying, there is proof of a life lived to its fullest extent.
In shedding, there is proof of change and growth.
In heart break, there is proof of great feelings of love.
By accepting the “end” of a cycle and lovingly letting go, we make way for expansion. It’s like our heart’s capacity regenerates and there is once again excitement for what’s to come. Ah, Springtime again.
