I’ve done that in premium coffee, hospitality, retail, e-commerce, and partnerships. At CUP, growth meant making the product easier to understand, easier to buy, and easier to believe in across retail shelves, DTC, cultural partnerships, and product storytelling. At Kevin Kelley Concepts, growth is more performance-led: reservations, paid media, CRM, email/SMS, geofencing, dashboards, and local-market campaigns.

AI is accelerating how fast teams can create, test, and iterate, but speed alone isn’t the advantage.
The throughline across every perspective at Swayable’s Persuasion Summit was the same:
AI can generate. Teams can test. But without a clear system that allows teams to move with confidence across channels, markets, and ideas, the brand starts to fragment as quickly as it AI-use scales.
Speed without a rubric (i.e., brand governance) is just noise at scale and machine speed.
🎯 Human discretion from internal creative teams is crucial to drive AI productivity. Gut checking AI-generated ideas will become more valuable as machine learning technology evolves.
