What a wild ride this year has been for our little film. Thank you to all the people who came out to watch @durbaninternationalfilmfest@ariff_festival and to @saindiefilmfest who nominated us for four awards and awarded Best Short Director (Africa). Thank you to the cast and crew who brought this crazy world to life. I can’t wait to share what we’ve been cooking up next. 🔥🍳🧑‍🧑‍🧒
It’s your last month of being one Murph 🌻 how did we get here so fast? This last year has flown.
I’m really enjoying this season of parenting. It feels like we’re through the trenches and we’ve come out the other side with this delightful little person.
It’s a season of hands on the face kisses and tight hugs, of “mommy I do it”, of running and jumping even when our hearts are in our throats. It’s a season of watching you learn new words every day and use them in ways we never expected. To know you is to love your little kind heart, your easiness to share and readiness to giggle, the warm love you shower your loved ones with.
You’re so adored Murphy Mae 🌼
