Yesterday was one of those days that reminded me how many great things are happening across Central Indiana.
We spent the morning at the @buildyourfutureindiana Madison County Builders Association Trades Day with nearly 500 students from Pendleton and Lapel learning more about careers in the skilled trades and homebuilding industry. We also had the opportunity to meet with school administrators from Eastern Hancock and Mt. Vernon to discuss expanding opportunities for students next year.
Later in the day, I enjoyed a great visit and networking opportunity at the @indianapolismotorspeedway with the @boonecountychamber where I had the chance to spend time with BAGI members from @caldwells_inc@unitsindy and @priority_promotions — along with spending time with two fraternity brothers. Thanks to @hycolog for hosting.
Now on to the @indybuilders@pellaindianapolis Dusty Boots Tour today @wildair_zionsville - busy few days, but all good things focused on relationships, workforce development, and the importance of building stronger communities.
